Budleigh Salterton - Ringtail Montagu's Harrier on east side of Budleigh Salterton flew over cricket pitch near car park at 16.25 then flew north along River Otter. Red Kite flew north at 16.39. 9 Pale-bellied Brent Geese and 20 Whimbrels past between 09.20 and 09.50.
